Hawaii Reserves, Inc. (HRI) manages over 6,000 acres of land throughout the Laie community.  A large portion of this acreage is zoned Preservation and cannot be improved or farmed.  Of the usable acreage zoned for agricultural use, HRI offers various lease options for crop development and livestock pasturing.

 

While equipment and crop storage facilities are allowed to be built on agricultural land, HRI does not permit overnight facilities, the construction of dwelling units, or illegal activity on any agricultural land.
